Investment Deals near Down Town Atlanta for Less than 50K with rehab cost less than 40K (Total investment less than 100K). After repair value ranges from 30 to 60% equity

HLB will provide the following:

•Locate Investment deals and place on contract
•Coordinate investment deal
•Obtain an appraiser’s opinion
•Estate renovation cost, hire subcontractors
•Tracks and controls renovation schedule
•Ensure completion of project within time and monies allocated
•Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
•Monitor and track project progress and provide weekly report to JV Partner
•Direct and coordinate the timely performance and completion of subcontractors work
•Secure tenant within 60 days of purchase

JV Partner will provide the following:

•Credit score of at lease 640
•$10,000 cash (* may require more depending on deal)

Florida JV Partners
•$2,000 cash, no credit check, must own real-estate in Florida with equity* (special financing available)

Rental Rates

Section 8 rent ranges from 950 to $1000 per month (3 to 4Br).
**I have a waiting list for tenants and will be able to execute fairly quickly.

***JV partners will be involved in all stages of the investment my team will do all the work and we will split the equity 50/50.
